Naama Dashevski is a Jerusalem-based filmmaker and graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School, working across both documentary and fiction.
Her projects have been presented at festivals and cultural institutions in Israel, Europe, and the United States, including Series Mania TV Festival, The Jerusalem Film Festival, Docaviv, Haifa International Film Festival, Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival, Cambria Film Festival, and The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History. Her work has received awards and grants, including the Best Director Award at the Jerusalem Film Festival (Van Leer Competition), a Student Award at the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School, and a development grant for a documentary feature film.

Dashevski’s professional background includes working in the News Division at the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, writing scripts for marketing and advertising campaigns for a range of organizations and brands, and serving as a Producer and Content Editor at the production company Bfilms, where she was involved in the development, production, and editorial processes of documentary films. She has also worked as a Director and Post Producer at Artgrid, creating high-end cinematic content for a premium stock footage platform.
Alongside developing her own films, Dashevski works as a cinematographer and editor, and also serves as a producer for the Jerusalem Women’s Film Festival and as a directing teacher and mentor in the Film Department at the Charles E. Smith High School for the Arts.
Her most recent film was shot on 35mm film in Sicily.
