1 INT. JERUSALEM HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS – DAY
It is the first day of school and everything is new and confusing, the students all look like they have already become best friends except NAAMA, 12, grungy yet shy looking teenager. Engulfed in the noise and commotion Naama goes solo, observing the surrounding. The bell rings and Naama tries to find her way to class but the corridors all look the same. As she approaches one of the classrooms a loud cinematic music emanates from the door. Naama follows the sound and enters the room.
2 INT. FILM DEPARTMENT STUDIO – DAY
The classroom is dark and quiet except for a classic movie playing on the big screen. Naama finds peace and comfort in the dark, and settles down in the last row.

DOLLY IN Naama is immediately swept into the film head over heels.

3 EXT. PIER – NIGHT
Black & White -- Motorboat in the middle of the sea. Up front, Osgood is blithely steering the boat, keeping his eyes straight ahead. Jerry is looking over his shoulder.

JERRY
(firmly)
Look, Osgood -- I'm gonna level with you.
We can't get married at all.
OSGOOD
Why not?
JERRY
(he rips off his wig;
in a male voice)
I'm a MAN!

OSGOOD
(oblivious)
Well -- nobody's perfect.

NAAMA
Hi, I am Naama – a Filmmaker since 2012.
I love writing scripts – it is always a good excuse to talk about myself in the third person.

I have rich experience in end-to-end filmmaking, from concept development through pre-production & production to post-production, as a screenwriter, director, DP as well as editor.

I am a graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School, with several award-winning films in my growing body of work.

My love for cinema goes way back, I fell in love with it as a teenager, and it grew stronger when I announced "ACTION!" for the first time and watched my very first shot through the monitor.
During high school, I was selected to be Israel’s national representative at the Giffoni International Film Festival, in Italy, as a judge.

I come from a background of plastic arts and painting and I integrate my affinity for these disciplines in the cinematic medium as well. In my films, I often deal with the topic of the nuclear family reaching points of no return, recognizing the temporality and transience of things.

I see my films as if they were my darlings and nurture them with time, care, attention, dedication, and infinite love.
I adore the art of cinema and find great magic in the opportunity of creating a world and telling a story from a unique point of view while working together with like-minded others as a team.
♡ It gives me meaning.
To this day Naama experiences the events in her life as scenes in a movie.
